Non-landed private properties like condominiums rental index is at crazy high and my take that it will still continue to increase in coming months!

Tenants who are getting their renewals soon, brace yourself if your landlord increases your rental 🥹

Rental units fly off shelves so soon that my tenants doesn’t even get a chance to view as mostly units are taken without physical viewings. With that being said, virtual viewings are extremely popular these days and most tenants secure the unit even before they are in Singapore.

Nevertheless, I’m still very glad to secure a room for an elegant looking lady today. Thank God for every cases, whether big or small, I appreciate it them all and count every blessings 🥰

Took slightly 1.5 Years to get my first ERA award!

⭐️79th Position🌟

Everything happened so SWIFTly and it feels surreal that I’m finally a recipient for an award after attending a few of my colleagues’ award ceremonies!

I’m IMMENSELY GRATEFUL to my clients for their trust and support in my real estate career 🙏🙏🙏

It has not been an easy road but there were two important person in my life who have contributed to the successful month of October, which is mainly my Mentors - Kelvin Chen and Jeffrey Ng. Their guidance and encouragement are vital in ensuring I’m heading towards the right direction ✅

Thank you for being there for me through my UPs and DOWNs, and of course, sharing the joy with me today ❤️❤️

A dear friend of mine bought a 3 bedroom unit at Liv@MB from me and I have managed to secure a sweet lady tenant for my previous employer from Skincare company for his commercial unit at The Flow @ East Coast at an amazing rental price!
