Advice principals on corporate and project finance matters such as government incentives, raising capital, private equity and venture capital deals, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic sale transactions. Lead corporate restructuring and optimization of client holding and operating companies. Lead establishing, developing and reorganizing the legal framework for client’s startups and existing businesses. Expertise on government incentives, including Act 20-2012 for Export Services and Act. 73-2008 for economic development of Puerto Rico, as tools for growth.
