A surgical attack, well written, does a stellar job at undermining defense counsel's Hotel Multiple Dwelling Act and Fair Housing Act precedent, introduces more much compelling and on-point case law, and essentially sets forth the complexity of the inquiry, while offering the Court a viable solution not grounded in shenaniganisms, cliches, or legal fiction.
