وفاقی حکومت نے پنشن کے نئے طریقہ کار کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا!
اب پنشن آخری 2 سال کی اوسط تنخواہ کے حساب سے ملے گی۔
پہلے سرکاری ملازمین کی آخری تنخواہ پر پنشن مقرر ہوتی تھی۔
اب صرف ایک نوکری کی پنشن لی جا سکے گی۔
ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد دوبارہ نوکری کرنے پر پنشن نہیں ملے گی۔

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کا اہم فیصلہ: سیلز ٹیکس کیس میں 100 روپے کے عوض ضمانت منظور

اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے 3.2 ارب روپے کے سیلز ٹیکس فراڈ کیس میں شریک ملزم شاہد حسین خواجہ کی 100 روپے کے ضمانتی مچلکوں پر ضمانت منظور کر لی۔ جسٹس بابر ستار نے 10 صفحات پر مشتمل تفصیلی فیصلہ جاری کیا۔

فیصلے میں قرار دیا گیا کہ:

ٹیکس ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی کرمنل کارروائی اختیارات سے تجاوز ہے۔

ماتحت عدالت کا ضمانت مسترد کرنا اور مجسٹریٹ کا ریمانڈ دینا باعثِ شرم ہے۔

ٹیکس حکام نے آئینی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے غیر قانونی کارروائی کی۔

لاہور ہائیکورٹ کے فیصلے کے باوجود ٹیکس ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے غیر قانونی اقدامات کیے۔

عدالت نے چیئرمین ایف بی آر کو فیصلے کی کاپی تمام ٹیکس حکام میں تقسیم کرنے اور آئندہ قانون کے مطابق کارروائی کرنے کا حکم دیا۔ خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں ایف بی آر اور ٹیکس افسران کے خلاف کارروائی کا عندیہ بھی دیا گیا۔

Courts have a legal and moral duty to adopt a child-centered approach, ensuring the best interests of children are upheld in all judicial processes. This approach focuses on protecting, nurturing, and rehabilitating children, whether they are in conflict with the law or in contact with it.

A child justice system recognizes the vulnerabilities and developmental needs of children, emphasizing rehabilitation over punishment, safeguarding their dignity, and fostering their reintegration into society. It also aligns with constitutional provisions in Pakistan, such as:

Article 25(3): Special protection for children.

Article 25A: Free and compulsory education for children aged 5 to 16 years.

Article 35 & 37(e): Protection from exploitation and harmful employment.
