Honored to attend the webinar on “Judicial Law Clerkship in Pakistan” organized by the Pakistan National Young Lawyers Association in collaboration with the PakistanNational Lawyers Network (PNLN) on 17 February 2026.
The session, conducted by Tayyaba Munir, provided a comprehensive overview of the Judicial Law Clerkship Program, including the role and responsibilities of a Judicial Law Clerk, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and practical insights into the professional growth and career opportunities associated with the program.
It was an insightful and well-structured discussion, particularly valuable for young legal professionals seeking to understand the institutional framework and practical dimensions of clerkship within the judicial system of Pakistan.

نکاح نامہ کی شرائط: جائز یا ناجائز؟
ہر شرط کالم 17، 18، 19 میں لکھی گئی عدالت میں نہیں چلتی‼️⚖️🤔

Many people assume that everything written in the Nikahnama automatically becomes law.
Columns 17, 18 & 19 often include conditions like giving property, paying money on divorce, or restricting travel abroad.
However, Superior Courts has clarified that such conditions are only recorded on paper and do not impose automatic legal obligations. Nikahnama is a registration document, not a contract for every condition. The real strength of a marriage lies in trust, respect, and moral/spiritual bonding, not in written clause.
