Lahore Bar Association is the Biggest Bar Association of Asia.The Lahore Bar Association now has a membership of over 20,000 attorneys. With over 14 different committees, sections and divisions each actively working to further the purposes of the Lahore Bar Association. The history of the Lahore Bar Association is quite cold and the Bar Association had been functioning even before the creation of Pakistan and when the Pakistan movement was launched by Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, who was an eminent Barrister of his time the members of the Lahore Bar Association played a most important role in the Pakistan movement under his able leadership. Lahore Bar Association played leading role for the restoration of judiciary and revival of true democracy in the beloved country. The movement of restore judiciary has made history, no such like peaceful movement of lawyer community ever seen in the world.
