Sale Tax on imported Mobile Phone is payable on instalments within financial year.
Amendment has been made in 9th schedule of sales tax Act 1990.Now individual can pay sales tax on instalments and get mobile phone active on first payment of first instalment.

It is mandatory for the banks to report to central data hub about customers who deposit or withdrawal of Rs.exceeding 100 million in specific period.Information will be processed in the data hub.Data will not be visible to Income Tax Authorities.In case gross mismatch of data,then data will be transfered to the CRM system of FBR.
