STAY ORDER ON PROPERTY
It is to inform you that stay order on disputed property matter of the plaintiff Hafiz Muhammad Sajid has been granted by the honorable session courts. Whereas the orders were as followed:
Learned Counsel present on behalf of the appellant. Preliminary arguments heard recorded and perused. This is the first civil appeal against the impugned order dated: 06-11-2019 passed by Mian Muhammad Naeem Sarwar, Learned Civil Judge, Lahore. The appellant has assailed orders dated 06-11-2019 on the ground that the impugned order is against the law and facts. Contentions raised by the appellant need further consideration. The appeal is admitted for regular hearing. Notice in the name of respondents be issued through registered envelope AD and courier service subject to deposit of process fee for 16-11-2019. An application under order ###IX Rule 1&2 CPC for grant of interim injunction is also appended along with affidavit and copies of documents. So meanwhile subject to service of notice, status quo be maintained between the parties till next date of hearing regarding suit property.
