ایف بی آر اپڈیٹ برائے ٹیکس دہندگان

اب سیلز ٹیکس ریٹرن (Sales Tax Return) میں براہِ راست صوبائی ریٹرنز (Provincial Returns) کا آپشن شامل کر دیا گیا ہے۔
اس اپڈیٹ کے بعد ٹیکس دہندگان کو علیحدہ صوبائی ریٹرن جمع کروانے کی ضرورت نہیں ہوگی بلکہ وہ اپنے مرکزی سیلز ٹیکس ریٹرن کے ساتھ ہی صوبائی ریٹرنز بھی جمع کروا سکیں گے۔

PM task force recommends amnesty for property transactions!

1: The task force suggests that buyers of properties worth up to Rs 50 million should not be required to disclose the source of their income to tax authorities.

2: The abolition of Section 7E of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, which mandates the collection of tax on deemed property income.

3: The removal of the Capital Value Tax (CVT) in Islamabad, advocating for uniform taxation policies across the country.

4: A waiver of wealth reconciliation requirements for investments in the real estate and construction sectors, up to Rs 50 million.

5: To revise official property valuations every three years to align with market rates.

6: Introducing exemptions on transaction taxes for specific categories, including low-cost housing projects, government-allocated plots, and first-time homebuyers.

On Education Day, let's shed light on this critical issue. Despite significant improvements in the education sector, Pakistan still faces severe challenges in providing quality and adequate education to eligible children.

*Key Challenges:*

- _Geographical and Gender Disparities_: Access to education varies greatly across regions and genders. Girls are disproportionately affected, with 78% out of school in Balochistan.
- _Limited Access to Schools_: Shortage of schools, long distances, and poor transportation facilities hinder access to education.
- _Insufficient Public Spending_: Pakistan's public spending on education is only 2.9% of its GDP, lower than other comparable countries.

اب پنشن آخری 2 سال کی اوسط تنخواہ کے حساب سے ملے گی۔
پہلے سرکاری ملازمین کی آخری تنخواہ پر پنشن مقرر ہوتی تھی۔
اب صرف ایک نوکری کی پنشن لی جا سکے گی۔
ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد دوبارہ نوکری کرنے پر پنشن نہیں ملے گی۔
