The Environmental Science interns from Bumanglag Accounting and Law Office & CM Limuco Legal Space visited the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center on July 1, 2025 to document various native and naturalized tree species.

Knowing which trees naturally belong in our green spaces is crucial for protecting biodiversity, supporting local wildlife, and maintaining ecological balance, especially in urban areas. It is also important to understand their conservation status so we can help prevent the loss of threatened species, limit the spread of invasive species, and ensure the survival of native trees for future generations.

The Environmental Science student interns from Bumanglag Accounting and Law Office & CM Limuco Legal Spaces participated in tree growing activities together with some of their batchmates from Bulacan State University at Sitio Papaya, Brgy. Camachile, DoΓ±a Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan on June 25, 2025, in celebration of the Philippine Arbor Day (RA 10176 - Arbor Day Act of 2012). The activity was spearheaded by Bulacan Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO), with Sir John Morales, Forestry Chief, and Atty. Julius Degala, BENRO Department Head, rooting for a greener tomorrow.

One of their supervisors, Envi advocate Limuco, also participated in tree growing at a Protected Area in Mount Kitkit, Pantabangan, Carangglan, Nueva Ecija.

Through small seeds and collective action, we grow not only treesβ€”but hope for a healthier, greener future. Let this be a reminder that every tree planted today is a promise to the next generation.πŸŒ±πŸ’š
