In a book release function on August 2,2025 in Kathmandu, our Chairperson Adv. Amrit Kharel met with Former Secretary Dr. Dwarika Nath Dhungel and Former Chief Justice of High Court, Shesh Raj Shiwakoti.

Dr. Dwarika Nath Dhungel has penned a new book entitled "निजामती प्रशासनमा कोत पर्व". Congratulations to the avid writer.

In this book, he has exposed the political intervention and myopic vision of the leaders, especially that of गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला, The then PM, who sacked 3600 bureaucrats in his whim. This incident happened in the wake of Janaandolan of 2046,is portrayed as KOT Massacre metaphorically in the book.
