Alhamdulillah, another smooth signing session completed today involving a property transaction in Bandar Saujana Putra.

Our team attended the signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) together with the Deed of Assignment (DOA) by way of transfer for our valued client.

Fun fact for those who may not know — the reason why the transaction was done via Deed of Assignment instead of Borang 14A (Memorandum of Transfer) is because the property title/grant has yet to be issued. Hence, the transfer of ownership is carried out through an assignment process first pending issuance of the individual title..

This is one of the common processes in subsale property transactions involving master title properties, especially for newer developments.
