𝐀 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦, 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞.

We were pleased to attend the 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner of Inns of Court Malaysia (ICM) on 27 June 2026, courtesy of Messrs. Choo Dee Wei ( Messrs. Choo Dee Wei ).

For members of our team who were new to ICM, the evening offered a meaningful glimpse into how ICM has, within a decade, grown into such a respected and prestigious institution within the Malaysian legal community.

Beyond the elegant setting, live performances, quartet, videos, and inspiring speeches, the evening was a celebration of the people and values that continue to shape the profession - the Bench, retired judges, senior members of the Bar, corporations, professionals across disciplines, mentors, advocates, and visionaries brought together under one roof.

We left the evening inspired by the legacy built over the past 10 years, and encouraged by ICM’s continued role in fostering advocacy, collegiality, and excellence within the profession.

Our sincere thanks to Choo Dee Wei ( Dee Wei ) for having us, and to the Organising Committee of the Inns of Court Malaysia for a memorable and beautifully curated evening.

Last Tuesday, we hosted our latest MindFeed session, “Getting to the Truth: The Art of Client Interviews and Fact-Finding.”

Participants had the opportunity to put their client interviewing and fact-finding skills to the test through a practical, interactive exercise before receiving valuable feedback and insights from experienced practitioners.

The session was made even more engaging by those who stepped into the role of clients, bringing their characters to life and challenging participants to uncover the facts hidden beneath each scenario. It was great fun watching everyone immerse themselves in their roles and navigate the many twists and turns that arose throughout the exercise.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the practitioners Dee Wei and Vince Chong for generously sharing their time, experience, and practical advice. Their thoughtful feedback and guidance provided invaluable learning opportunities for all participants and contributed greatly to the success of the session.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated. It was a rewarding evening of learning, collaboration, and shared perspectives. Till the next one!
