Welcoming Our New Associate

Please join us in welcoming Kin Zi Ling as our new Associate at Ariff Rozhan & Co.

Kin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London (External Programme) in 2022. Upon graduation, she joined a private limited company as a Corporate Paralegal, where she gained two years of in-house legal experience while obtaining her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2024.

Kin commenced her pupillage at Ariff Rozhan & Co. in May 2025 and was later retained upon completion of the same. She commenced practice immediately after being admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in June 2026.

Beyond her legal career, Kin enjoys travelling and backpacking around the world, as well as participating in various sports such as badminton, pickleball, hiking, bouldering, etc. She also completed two half marathons during her pupillage.

Welcome on board ARC, Kin. Over the past few months, you have become an integral part of our team and we look forward to seeing you grow and develop with the Firm.

Please join us in welcoming Neshel Inbashekaran as our new Associate at Ariff Rozhan & Co.

Neshel graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Liverpool in 2022 and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2023. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 2024.

Prior to joining Ariff Rozhan & Co, Neshel was at Messrs. Skrine as an Associate. His practice now focuses on general litigation and dispute resolution, contractual and commercial disputes, as well as employment and industrial relations matters.

Beyond his legal career, Neshel is an avid football and Formula 1 enthusiast. He is a passionate supporter of Manchester United and the McLaren F1 Team. He has also served as the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee's E-Sports Convenor since 2025 and represented the KL Bar E-Sports Team in FIFA at the Malaysian Bar Games from 2024 to 2026, winning two gold medals and one bronze medal.

Welcoming Our New Associates

Please join us in welcoming Alif Irfan and Rakesh Rabindranath Raj as our new Associates at Ariff Rozhan & Co.

Alif graduated with a LLB (Hons) from the MARA University of Technology (UiTM) in 2024 and commenced practice after being admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2025.

Rakesh holds a LLB (Hons) from the University of Liverpool and Master of Laws in Bar Vocational Studies with specialisms in International Commercial Trade and International Dispute Resolution from City University of London. Rakesh was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Gray's Inn in 2024 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2025.

Beyond their legal careers, Alif enjoys travelling and hiking, often seeking outdoor getaways to explore new places and unwind. Rakesh is an avid fan of films, especially crime thrillers and mystery genres, with Christopher Nolan as his favourite movie director.

Welcome, Alif and Rakesh. Over the past few months, both of you have become an integral part of the team and we look forward to seeing you grow alongside the Firm.

We are proud and delighted to announce that our Managing Partner, Mr Ariff Rozhan, has been appointed to the new panel of Arbitrators of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), for the 2026 – 2031 term.

Established in 1988, SHIAC is a leading arbitration institution in China, recognised for administering complex international disputes for over three decades and acknowledged as a growing international disputes hub with a panel of Arbitrators consisting of legal, trade and other experts from 133 countries and regions worldwide.

Bravo to our Mr Ariff Rozhan on this significant professional milestone, joining the ranks of a select panel of global arbitrators and underscoring recognition of his international expertise in cross-border disputes, as well as building on ARC’s Sino-Malaysian links.
