【Children of Foreign Residents Raised in Japan Are Valuable Human Resources for Japanese Companies‼】
Foreign children who have lived in Japan for many years and graduated from Japanese schools usually have a good understanding of the Japanese language, culture, and society.
However, after graduating from high school, some of them may find it difficult to continue living and working in Japan because they do not meet the requirements for a regular work visa.
In such cases, they may be able to change their status of residence to "Long-Term Resident" (Teijusha) if they meet certain conditions. One of the biggest advantages of this status is that there are no restrictions on the type of work they can do.
This means they may work full-time in many fields, such as:
✅ Factories and manufacturing
✅ Logistics and delivery services
✅ Construction
✅ Retail and sales
✅ Restaurants and food services
Some important requirements include:
🔹 Graduating from a Japanese high school after studying in Japan for many years
🔹 Receiving a job offer from a Japanese company
🔹 Having a good record of conduct and proper tax payment by both the applicant and their family
(There are additional requirements. Please check the image below for more details🙏
Young people who grew up in Japan are already well adapted to Japanese society. As Japan faces a serious labor shortage, they have the potential to become an important part of the country's future workforce.
They are valuable not only for foreign families, but also for Japanese companies and society as a whole.
