Absolutely first class. Nicky Cummings took on my conveyancing part way through after my previous solicitor's firm went into liquidation , a stressful situation she handled brilliantly, picking everything up and turning it around quickly.

What stood out most was how easy she was to deal with. She explained everything in plain English rather than legal jargon, and she was genuinely available — happy to talk things through on the phone whenever I needed. That was night and day compared to my previous experience, where it could take days to get a response and I often couldn't reach anyone at all.

If the app would allow me to give her six stars, I would. Highly recommended.
