All year around, we deliver life changing results for clients who present to us in stressful and distressing situations.

We use the law as a tool to deliver these results and the impact it makes is instrumental in improving the life quality of so many people in our communities.

This new government now has the chance to leave a legacy of positive social impact through proper investment in legal aid and providing access to justice for all.

We know it can be done and we know it will change so many lives for the better if it is.

The case for investment in is stronger than ever.

We've got the evidence that legal assistance changes lives, a cross-party roadmap for restoring legal aid, and the people to deliver.

The Renters' Rights Act has now abolished Section 21s, however it is still important to get legal advice if you have already received one. We want to stop as many invalid notices as we can.

In June, we held a Section 21 Action Day. A number of people visited us and sought advice on the validity of their Section 21 notices. Our team found that several notices were invalid and subsequently we were able to prevent the risk of these people unfairly losing their homes.

If you have received a Section 21 Notice, please contact us so we can provide you with legal advice.
