I'm Kirsty, a Consultant Conveyancing Solicitor based in Barnsley, helping clients buy, sell and remortgage properties across England and Wales.

Outside of work, I'm wife to Ryan, mum to Ivy and Mabel 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧, and dog mum to Winston 🐾.

Life is usually a juggling act of family, school runs, deadlines and a lot of coffee! ☕️

Professionally, I genuinely love helping clients navigate what is often one of the biggest and most important transactions of their lives.

"Why is my conveyancing taking so long?"

Every transaction is different, but some of the most common causes of delay include:

✔️ Missing paperwork
✔️ Delays with mortgage offers
✔️ Slow responses to enquiries
✔️ Issues identified during searches
✔️ Delays elsewhere in the property chain

Whilst not every delay can be avoided, good communication and early preparation can make a significant difference.
