Here's your Market Update for September 2026!

A total of 463 properties were sold in the Victoria Real Estate Board region this September, 16.4 per cent fewer than the 554 properties sold in September 2025 and 21.7 per cent fewer than August 2026.

Sales of condominiums decreased by 11 per cent from September 2025, with 137 units sold.

Sales of single family homes decreased by 17.3 per cent from September 2025, with 239 sold.
