CENTURY 21 Assurance Realty Ltd. Property Management is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This role provides key administrative and operational support to our Property Management Department, including communication coordination, data entry, document management, rental listing support, tenant lead coordination, strata documentation, audits, account updates, and general department organization.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, tech savvy, and confident communicating with owners, tenants, vendors, clients, and team members.

Ideal experience:
2 to 5 years of administrative coordination experience. Property management, real estate, legal, construction, or insurance experience is an asset.

Compensation: $20 to $25/hour, based on experience
