Sometimes the right home isn’t just where you live, it’s where you get to do what you love. 🔧

For some buyers, a detached shop is a must have, whether it’s for cars, hobbies, storage, a home business, or the next big project.

And for sellers? How you market that space matters. A detached shop can be a major selling feature when you know how to put it in front of the right buyers.

As a REALTOR® and car enthusiast, I understand why that extra space matters and how to showcase it.

How do you get a SOLD sign in a slow market?

You work for it.

Get the home in front of as many buyers as possible. Create a reason & make it easy to come through the door. Follow up. Adjust when needed. Negotiate when the opportunity comes.

A lot more than sticking a home on MLS and hoping the right buyer finds it.

Thousands of views.
Buyer inquiries.
Open house traffic.
Private showings.
Offers.

All of it working toward one result:

One happy seller. 🏡

Thinking about selling? Let’s get to work.

Where summer days turn into Okanagan nights. ✨️

Dinner by the lake. Pool under the stars. Kids in the yard. Friends arriving by boat. And nobody particularly interested in leaving.

Set on a private .38-acre parcel in the Lower Mission, this is the kind of lakeshore property that’s increasingly hard to find.

Want to see it in person? Call or message us to arrange a private viewing.

One of the biggest renovation mistakes? Putting too much money into the wrong house. ❎

If your neighbourhood is slated for change, that can be a great thing for property values. But it’s also worth thinking about who is actually going to buy your house from you one day. 🏠

If the homes around you are being redeveloped, there may come a point where your property is worth more for the land than the beautiful kitchen you just spent $100k on.

That doesn’t mean don’t renovate. Just know the ceiling before you do.

Buying a home? We’ll help you buy a home you can feel confident owning and eventually selling. 💪
