আয় কর রিটার্নে শন্য বা জিরো দেখানো যাবেনার অর্থ আপনার সম্পদ এর ঘরে শন্য দেখাতে পারবেন না বা তথ্য গোপন করতে পারবেননা।যদি তথ্য গোপন করেন তাহলে তাহার শাস্তি ৫ বচর পর্যন্ত জেল হতে পারে। এছাড়া আপনার আয় না থাকলে, আয় শূন্য দেকাতে অশুবিধা নেই।

২. শারীরিকভাবে অসমর্থ বা বিশেষ চাহিদাসম্পন্ন করদাতা (সনদপত্র দাখিল সাপেক্ষে)।

৩. বিদেশে অবস্থানরত বাংলাদেশি করদাতা।

৪. মৃত করদাতার পক্ষে আইনগত প্রতিনিধি।
