In a recent Supreme Court โ case involving land adjoining the ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ in ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐๐ผ๐๐ป, that's exactly what the developer tried to do....unsuccessfully.
