🎉 Congratulations to our Head of Litigation! 🎉
We are delighted to congratulate Eleanor Kritzinger on becoming an accredited Family Mediator, having met the accreditation requirements of FAMAC (Family Mediators Association of the Cape) and the National Accreditation Board for Family Mediators (NABFAM).
What does this mean?
Mediation provides a structured and confidential way for people involved in a dispute to work towards a solution without having to leave every decision in the hands of a court. An accredited mediator is trained to remain neutral, facilitate constructive communication, and assist parties in exploring solutions that are fair and workable for everyone involved.
Accreditation through FAMAC and NABFAM reflects the achievement of recognised standards for training, competence and professional conduct in family mediation.
