We are hosting our 6th free wedding event!!!
Just in time for Valentines Day! Did you know?? The New Hanover County Register of deeds is offering FREE Weddings?

We are officially opening our "All You Need Is Love" event up to the public. We will host weddings for 8 lucky couples on Valentine's Day at no charge to the couple (except the cost of the license of course). Nothing is supplied by the Register of Deeds budget, but strictly by donations. This will be our 6th event! We decorate the room, work with local officiants who agree to participate, put together goody bags full of collected donations. If you are interested, please contact the Vital Records department at 910-798-4530. This is a "first come, first serve" set up.

This Home full of NC history has a special place in the hearts of the new owners. I am beyond thrilled for them as this home already is special. I cannot wait to see it shine. This also was a HOME for Heros sale where my client who is a Nurse was given back 30% of my commission. and 5% of that will go to the Home for Heros Program.
