The music starts… and suddenly your windows are vibrating, your dog is confused, and Alexa is trying to Shazam songs through the walls.

Then the next morning at the mailbox:

“Oh goodness… sorry about that. My pet stepped on my phone.” 🐶📱

Your PET?!

So let me get this straight… your dog unlocked the phone, opened Spotify, selected a playlist, connected to Bluetooth speakers, and turned the volume up to “entire subdivision”? Incredible talent. Somebody get this animal a job in IT immediately. 🤣

As a Realtor, this does raise an important question for future sellers…

How exactly do we navigate that neighbor during showings?

🏡 Schedule appointments during “quiet hours”
🏡 Time showings around nap schedules… theirs, not the dog’s
🏡 Or simply market the home as:
“Located in a lively community with occasional surprise concerts.” 😂

Because buyers aren’t just buying a home — they’re buying the neighborhood too.
