⬅️ West Side Listing: Out-of-state buyer moving here to be near family. Quiet in December, then BOOM... multiple offers as soon as January hit!

➡️ East Side Buy: Couldn't sell in 2025, then bank-owned foreclosure turned hot property. Multiple offers, a great price, and closed in two weeks.

Wrapped up January with some BIG wins! 🎉

The coolest part about this closing… my buyer was actually one of my renters! I was able to help them transition from renting to homeownership with $0 down using down payment assistance programs (and YES - there is still money available 👀).

For the two properties that went under contract:

🏡 One was for a seller who previously worked with TWO other agents before hiring me. Instead of struggling to get interest, we hosted over 30 buyers at two open houses, generated multiple offers and got it locked in with a strong contract that works for both the buyer and seller.

🏡 The other was a bank-owned property where we competed in a multiple-offer situation and still secured the win - and we’re closing by the end of this week!

January has been a good start to the new year! 🥂

My listing was under contract with a contingent offer for a bit in December and then with the turn of the new year, there were multiple offers sent in on the first weekend of January and an over asking was accepted.

Two first time home buyers in two different cities are under contract and on their way to owning their first home! Both using two different downpayment assistance programs meaning they are getting into their new home with a $0 DOWNPAYMENT + sellers are paying closing costs!
