This panel will focus on the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), especially export controls applicable to Russia and Crimea, and on the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The panel will discuss in particular export controls on restricted energy projects and the military end user rule. Anyone interested in exporting products or technology to countries in the former Soviet Union or anyone in that part of the world who is importing products or technology from the United States should tune into this webinar.
