The Bristol Group's client Mid Continent Nail Corporation, the nation's largest producer of steel nails, has received welcome news -- the Commerce Department granted nearly 90% of its requests for exclusions from the Section 232 tariffs on steel. This was a hard-fought victory, because only about 5% of opposed requests (as ours were) are granted, and will allow this extraordinary company to continue its commitment to U.S. jobs, U.S. manufacturing, and U.S. growth.
