Our Story
Ken has been a litigator since his admission to the bar in 1982, specializing in commercial insurance litigation and coverage issues. In 2013 his daughter, Kate, joined the firm as an associate, continuing the family tradition. The firm has grown to include many civil litigation areas, including trusts and estates, elder law, personal injury, and small business commercial litigation. In 2018, Kate was made partner of Ken Maguire & Associates, PLLC. Ken and Kate continue to offer expert guidance to meet their client’s legal needs.
