6 point speed and a 2 point non-speed, both tossed!

Nice to call clients to advise that their tickets were dismissed. Today it was 6 that were all issued on the same day. No fines! No points! No insurance surcharges! No assessment!

When I emailed my client to tell him that I was successful in getting his “operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device” ticket dismissed with no fine, no surcharges and that my work saved him 5 points, insurance surcharges and protected his driving privileges, his response was “Fantastic! Beyond any prayer I had! You did an amazing job, and I really do congratulate you and appreciate it.”

I love the gratitude. More importantly, I am so happy to have helped him when he needed it.

School has started and so have the calls to Jamie Raizin for tickets alleging speeding in school zones and passing a stopped school bus with red flashing lights.
