This one was fun!
This trust sale and eclectic/custom Home definitely required some strategy.
During the time we were on the market, we received several offers that were less than ideal, but after very firm negotiating. we ended up at in a multiple offer situation and had a wonderful sales price in turnout for the owners.

So blessed to have been given the opportunity to work on this.

Just SOLD!!
I still remember meeting these awesome clients a few years ago when they walked into my Open House, we all just clicked immediately. From there, we ended up working together and it was just so much fun. After a very busy home search (it was a competitive time in a competitive price range) they got this great flip and we were able to close escrow on it. Now, a few years later plans have changed and it was time to sell.
It’s not the easiest to sell a home, after only only in a few years. With some great marketing, very firm negotiations, and some patience we made it through and they came out whole.

So happy for these awesome people and I’m so excited for their next adventure!🥰🥰💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏

First day of Kindergarten for this big dude and first day of 5th grade for Jojo!! They’ll get to be in elementary school together for 1 year. 😂
It is so crazy how fast time goes. I remember jojos first day of Kindergarten and it feels so recent!
I was so afraid to miss her very first day because Rowan’s Due date was within a day or so of it.
Crazy to think he’s now old enough to be in the same grade she was in. 😭

(Also a month ago- can you tell I’m playing catch up on social media??)

This was one of those full circle trust sale experiences. I actually sold this home to a wonderful man many years ago now and then later got to help his family sell it after he had very sadly passed on.
It was such a tremendous opportunity to both honor his legacy and support his family.
I am always so thankful for getting to be a part of those opportunities! 💕

We were fortunate to have one of the lowest days on market and sold completely AS-IS.

This gorgeous Citrus Walk property was such an honor to sell for some long time clients. We strategized on and off for a few years on when the right time was, and this year was it. The result was one of the highest sales for an attached townhome in east Ventura!
Park facing and over 1,700 sq ft, this home was a dream to work on and I’m so happy at the great result for these truly wonderful people! 💕
