Jack and Bonnie Stevenson, Realty ONE Group Summit, Ventura Coastal Group Jack and Bonnie Stevenson, REALTOR® Team, CPRES, NHCB with Realty ONE Group Summit | Ventura Coastal Group | Ventura County | Live the Coast. Love the Coast.

My wife and I first moved to Ventura County 30 years ago. I went to work for Chart House Restaurants Inc., and she went to work for Buena Ventura Medical Group. We personally got involved with buying and selling Real Estate here in 1996. I have only worked in two industries in my life, Real Estate and Restaurants. My wife, partner Bonnie, and I consider ourselves foodies and love to try new places

in our spare time. We also love going to open houses to see the latest trends. Helping sellers stage their homes to sell, or helping a buyer see the potential in a property, is our passion! In the Restaurant industry, I learned that quality and customer service will bring you repeat customers, and that attention to detail and good communication will build a loyal clientele. I brought that attitude for customer service and communication to form The Stevenson Team at Realty ONE Group Summit. Our experience in Real Estate includes being residential re-developers, new construction, & running a Mortgage Company with offices in multiple states. Currently, we are Top-Producing Multi-Award-Winning Realtors. We truly believe that your home is the most important investment you will ever make. So, whether you are focused on just one home or need the services of a team that understands the ins and outs of income property (1031 transfers), (Probate), we are here to be of service. “We will make your relocation a smooth transition to the Ventura Coast.”

Waterfront properties offer a lifestyle that goes beyond the home itself.

From peaceful mornings to outdoor living, these homes often hold long term value because of limited supply and high demand.

Buyers are not just purchasing property. They are investing in experience.

If you are considering waterfront, understanding maintenance, insurance, and location specifics is key.

The right guidance makes all the difference.

A quick Google review might feel small, but it carries real impact.

It helps future buyers and sellers feel confident in who they are working with. It builds trust before a conversation even begins.

Real experiences from real clients speak louder than any marketing ever could.

If you have had a great experience working with a real estate professional, sharing it helps more people than you realize.

It takes a minute but lasts for years.

First impressions are everything in real estate.

From the curb to the front door, buyers are forming opinions immediately. Landscaping, cleanliness, lighting, and even scent all play a role.

Inside, clutter free spaces and neutral tones allow buyers to picture themselves living there.

You do not get a second chance at that first feeling.

The goal is to make them want to stay the moment they walk in.

Natural light is one of the most underrated features when it comes to home value and buyer appeal.

Bright, open spaces tend to feel larger, cleaner, and more inviting. It creates an emotional connection the moment someone walks in.

Simple upgrades like lighter paint colors, updated window treatments, and clean glass can make a noticeable difference.

Homes that feel good tend to sell better.

Light is not just aesthetic. It is strategy.

Before scrolling listings or booking showings, the most important move is getting pre approved.

This is what tells you your real buying power, not just a guess. It also puts you in a stronger position when you find the right home.

In competitive situations, sellers take buyers more seriously when financing is already lined up.

Confidence in your numbers leads to better decisions.

The search becomes clearer, faster, and far less stressful.

The difference between a home that sits and one that sells quickly is rarely luck. It is strategy. Pricing correctly from day one, strong first impression photography, and timing your launch all play a major role.

Buyers are more educated than ever and they move fast when something feels right.

The goal is not just to list a home.
It is to position it so well that the right buyer feels like they cannot miss it.

That is where real results happen.

Closing day often feels like the finish line, but for many people it is really the beginning.

The first night in a new home
Figuring out new routines
Settling into a different space

There is an adjustment period that comes after the transaction is complete. It takes time for a house to start feeling familiar.

That transition is part of the process, not something to rush.

A home is not built in a day. It is built over time through lived experiences.
