Watching thousands of people walk through those doors and connect with the work was incredible. A huge congratulations to Renee Hicks of RH Design Collective for her vision on the interiors, and to every trade partner who brought their best to the stonework, the millwork, and the grounds.

We’ve worked alongside Niall for years, but seeing him take home a full public sweep across a field of eight standout builders was something special.

⁠Last week in Clark County, new listings dropped 18.6% (to 92) from the previous week. Pending and closed sales both saw dips, falling to 698 (-4.3%) and 65 (-20.7%), respectively. The days on market decreased to 83 days (-3.5%), while average and median sale price both increased to $645,000 (+6.0%) and $595,000 (+8.4%) compared to the week before.

What this means for you:

🏡 For Sellers: Equity gains are strong! Rising median ($595,000) and average ($645,000) prices show high buyer demand for available inventory, meaning well-priced homes are yielding fantastic returns.

🔑 For Buyers: Homes are selling faster (time on market down to 83 days). While fewer new listings came on the market last week, serious buyers who act decisively are finding great value and long-term equity growth in Clark County.

Early autumn brought a steady seasonal pace to the housing market across SW Washington and Portland, with inventory expanding on both sides of the river.

In Clark County, completed sales held firm at 512 closings while median prices maintained a slight year-over-year gain at $549,500. Over in Portland, new listings picked up slightly to 2,487 properties, pulling total supply up to 4.2 months.

⁠Last week in Clark County, new listings increased by 8.7% (113 total) from the previous week. Pending and closed sales showed active movement, with pending sales holding steady (-0.7%) and closed sales surging +41.4% (82 total). The days on market, average and median sale price all decreased (-6.5% to 86 days, -7.1% to $608,700, and -5.8% to $549,000, respectively) compared to the week before.

What These Numbers Mean for You:

For Buyers: A lower median sale price ($549,000) coupled with an 8.7% surge in new inventory creates an advantageous buying window with improved affordability and more homes to choose from.

For Sellers: A massive 41.4% increase in closed sales and shorter time on market (86 days) show strong buyer activity and high intent. Properly priced homes are moving off the market efficiently.
