Rates have increased which has caused many potential home buyers to reconsider a home purchase.
Q: Where do you think those buyers will go?
A: They will flock toward rentals.
Q: Why does this matter to me?
A: There will be even less rental available and rental rates will increase even more.

Less buyers in the market can mean that...
1) You don't need to pay more than the listed price for a home.
2) You might be able to convince the seller to pay some fees on your behalf.
3) You might even be able to negotiate some repairs.
(All of these were not very common the last couple years so it is refreshing to be a buyer with a little bit of leverage again).

So ask yourself...
