Visa Bonds Update:
US Department of State provided an update for required ports of entry for people entering the US from countries subject to visa bonds.
As a condition of the bond, all visa holders who have posted a
visa bond must enter and exit the United States through the
designated ports of entry listed below:
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD)
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport
(YUL)
As a reminder, visitors of many countries, including
Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan are subject to visa bonds.
Applicants should submit Form I-352 to post a bond only after a consular officer directs them to do so. Applicants will receive a direct link to pay through Pay.gov. They must not use any third-party website for posting the bond.
