After years of being unable to work and a case that had been pending since 2022, one claimant finally received the approval she had been fighting for.

Disability Law Group Attorney Rachel L. Thomasson carefully reviewed years of medical evidence, developed the legal argument, and prepared the claimant for her hearing. The Administrative Law Judge ultimately agreed, resulting in $100,036 in past-due Social Security Disability benefits, along with ongoing benefits and Medicare coverage.

The Just Ask Talk Show Health and Fun Fair brought together seniors, people with disabilities, caregivers, service providers, and community organizations for a day focused on access to resources, wellness, and support.

Disability Law Group was proud to be among the participating organizations, sharing information and connecting with attendees throughout the event.
