June's Employee Charity of the Month was selected by Jim in honor of National Cancer Survivors Day, observed on the first Sunday in June.

This month, we are proud to support The Victory Center, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing free programs and services for individuals and families impacted by cancer. Through support groups, wellness programs, educational resources, and compassionate care, The Victory Center helps people navigate the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

This cause is especially meaningful to Jim and reflects the importance of supporting those facing cancer, celebrating survivors, and standing beside families throughout their journey.

We are honored to contribute to an organization that brings hope, strength, and support to so many in our community.

When: Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, from 1:30–3:30 PM

🎨 This is a limited-spot event. Select high school artists will be invited to create compelling work from unconventional materials with Dani. All materials are provided, and each student will leave with two original pieces of art, including one created by Dani herself.

At Groth & Associates, we take our team engagement very seriously…especially when chocolate chips are involved. 🍪🍫

May 15th is National Chocolate Chip Day. We celebrated today so the whole team could join in on the fun. The only rule? Every entry had to start with a bag of chocolate chips.

We had 12 amazing entries ranging from cookies and fudge to pudding, banana bread, and everything in between. After a very competitive (and delicious) tasting, Jody took home the win with her (husband’s) famous “Sea Salted Butterscotch Bliss.” 🏆

Safe to say productivity may have slowed slightly this afternoon, but morale was at an all time high.

May is Water Safety Month, and this month’s employee-selected charity is The Josh Project. 💙

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting causes that matter to our team, each month one employee chooses a nonprofit organization that is meaningful to them, and our firm makes a donation in their honor.

This month, Hank chose The Josh Project, an organization dedicated to promoting water safety awareness and helping prevent drowning tragedies through education and advocacy. We are proud to support their mission and grateful to Hank for bringing attention to such an important cause during Water Safety Month.

We encourage everyone to take a few moments this month to review water safety practices with their families and loved ones. Small conversations can save lives.
