This year, we are making an effort to partner with more causes that are important to our employees. Serenity has always been passionate about protecting and cleaning our waterways, so this month we were proud to support Partners for Clean Streams.
Last Thursday, our team closed the office early and spent the afternoon cleaning an area between Summit Street and the Maumee River. Together, we collected more than 150 pounds of trash, helping prevent plastic and other debris from entering our waterways.
Organizations like Partners for Clean Streams remind us that protecting our environment starts with simple actions. Clean waterways are essential to our health, our communities, our wildlife, and our future. Every piece of litter that is properly disposed of is one less item that can make its way into our rivers, lakes, and streams.
Real change happens when people choose to take small actions every day. Whether it is picking up litter during a walk, making sure your trash reaches a proper receptacle, participating in a local cleanup, or supporting environmental organizations, every effort matters.
We encourage everyone to get involved whenever and wherever they can.
