On this Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who laid down their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the words in John 15:13: “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

Today, we remember not only their courage, but also the families who carry both pride and grief. We pray for God’s peace to surround them and for His comfort to fill every heart that is hurting.

May we never take for granted the freedoms we have been blessed with. And may we always strive to live with gratitude, compassion, and faith worthy of the sacrifices made for us.
