Ex SC Attorney Cory Fleming court today in The Honorable Clifton Newman's Courtroom in Williamsburg, SC. Cory Fleming plead guilty to fraud in the US District Court in SC and the Honorable Richard Gergel sentenced him to 46 months. The hearing today is regarding additional state charges prosecuted by the SC Attorney General's Office. Cory Fleming is a long time friend of ex SC lawyer Alex Murdaugh, who is serving 2 life sentences in the SC Department of Corrections.
