Last week went by soooo fast. Catching up on thanking everyone for the closings.
Thank you so much to my sellers and buyer for trusting me to be part of such an important chapter in your lives. Helping you through the buying/selling process was truly an honor, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with you.
Real estate is never just about houses to me — it’s about people, families, memories, and new beginnings. I appreciate your patience, trust, and kindness throughout the journey.

Whew, chile! Very excited to get this one closed. One of the most interesting timelines I have had... FIVE well tests. FIVE!!! Expired samples, cracked bottles, treated... but we got it closed for my buyer!! Could not be more excited for him and appreciative of his kindness and patience. Special thank you to Olivia Evans for sending him my way and trusting me. Thank you to Wendy for the team effort getting it to the table. To the lender and his team and to Kinney & Hendrix, LLC, as well! Not all deals are easy but they are worth it and this one is such a great place for my client ❤️
