To be clear, the official and latest AHTN is 2022 edition.

The 2023, or 2024 is only a PRINTED copy of the 2022 edition.

Kapag nagprint ang Tariff Commission in year 2022, limited lang yan. So nung naubos ang copies nila, nagprint ulit sila sa 2023, kaya "printed" 2023. Pero 2022 AHTN parin yan, na print lang sa 2023.
Yong "printed" 2024, sa 2024 naman nag-print, kasi ubos na ang mga AHTN books na na-print sa 2023.

Do not confuse yourselves. The AHTN edition is 2022, kasi ang AHTN nagbabago based sa pagbabago ng HS Code. Every 5 years nagbabago ang HS Code, so every 5 years din binabago ng Tariff Commission ang AHTN edition. So ang last change ay 2022.

Kaya AHTN 2022 edition yan.

AHTN 2022 edition, "printed" in 2022.

AHTN 2022 edition, "printed" in 2023.

AHTN 2022 edition, "printed" in 2024.

Pareho lang yan - AHTN 2022 edition.

Ang year of printing lang ang nagbago, kasi madaling naubos.

So, basta AHTN 2022, regardless if "printed" in 2022, or 2023, or 2024, or 2025. Pareho lang yan - AHTN 2022 edition.
