Illinois Retired Officer Concealed Carry Retired/Separated Law Enforcement Officer Concealed Firearm Carry Program Bush June 22 ,2004.

Illinois Retired Officer Concealed Carry Program (IROCC) or Public Act 94-103 stems from and was initiated after HR 218, 18 USC 926 B and 926 C. The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 was signed into law by President George W. HR 218, now Public Law 108-277, was updated in 2010 by S 1132 now Public Law 111-272 and signed into law by President Barack H Obama ll. On January 02, 2013 HR 4310, PL 112-239 including retired and separated Military LEOs was activated.

In honor of America’s 250th birthday. IROCC will be closed on Friday July 3, 2026. We will reopen on Monday July 6, 2026.
