Did you know Nevada probate fees are set by statute, not negotiation. On many estates that works out to around 4 percent, and that's just the attorney fee. The personal representative is entitled to separate compensation on top of that. Add court costs and time and probate adds up fast. A properly funded trust can help your family skip the process entirely.
