I'm thrilled to share that my wonderful clients have just closed on their perfect new home! This single-level living space is ideal with no stairs to navigate and the HOA taking care of the yard - truly a dream come true for them!

I successfully negotiated a lowered asking price and even had the seller cover their full loan closing costs. It was all possible thanks to the teamwork of Casey Persinger with EconMortgage for securing the loan and Freedom Title Insurance Agency for ensuring a smooth closing process.
