I have been loving my professional challenges in commercial, residential, luxury, and international real estate since 1977. My goal is to find the best matches possible between my sellers and buyers. As a lifetime resident of Santa Cruz, California, my deep knowledge of the area and over four decades of experience grant me specialized insight into local reality. My first international trip was to China in June 2012, where I witnessed the historic signing of the inaugural Memorandum of Understanding with the China Real Estate Association, linking 400,000 real estate agents from 119 different countries. Since then, I have become the Ambassador to the Monterey Bay International Trade Association, and I regularly go on trade missions to Asia. As such, I have made connections with top government officials, investors, and asset managers. Currently, I am working closely with an EB5 Regional Center Director and City Economic Development Director. I also am the first Certified Overseas REALTOR for Century 21 China, I am their REALTOR® of Choice. Additionally, I have an affiliation with the world's largest real estate sales organization; after over 39 years as an independent broker, I have joined the team at Century 21 M&M and Associates, and a member of the Century 21 Global Commercial Network.
