I used to think a strong TBI case was a thick file. More records, more providers, more diagnoses.
Then I watched a case with a thin file beat a case with a thick one, because the lawyer could turn one symptom into one story a jury could feel.
Symptoms are stories not yet told. Most TBI cases settle cheap because nobody told them.
This week I’m teaching how to find those stories early, at Beach 2026 conference.
→ Thursday: the 1-hour lecture, *The 10 Questions Every TBI Case Lives or Dies On*
→ Saturday: the 3-hour clinic, *The TBI Case Clinic: Break the Constraint* (bring a real case)
If you carry brain injury cases, this is for you. Details + workshop link in bio.
