In celebration of Women’s History Month, Cage & Miles was honored to participate in a Women in Law panel at SDSU, hosted in collaboration with the Black Pre-Law Association.

This outreach event was made possible by the dedication of our legal assistant, Jade Aguilar, who worked hard to coordinate this opportunity, and attorney Deanne Arthur, who joined as a panelist to share her insights and experiences.

Together, they helped create a space for undergraduate students to ask questions, gain guidance, and feel encouraged in pursuing a legal career—especially those who may not yet have access to resources or connections.

Our team had a great time attending the Cal Western Small–Mid Size Firm Expo and meeting so many law students interested in family law. Events like this provide a great opportunity for students to network with local firms and learn more about different paths within the legal field.

We enjoyed connecting with students, answering questions, and sharing more about our practice and the work we do.
