We’re pleased to announce that Lisa K. Hendricks has joined Ciceron Law as a senior attorney. Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience handling both transactional and litigation matters, adding deep bench strength to our team.

She is representing common interest developments in a wide range of legal matters including risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation defense arising out of association governance, operational disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Hendricks also brings a unique industry perspective from her time with major insurance carriers. This background provides her with a strategic understanding of coverage, claims evaluation, and loss prevention—skills that are directly applicable to advising and defending homeowners associations.

An experienced litigator, Ms. Hendricks has successfully tried more than thirty matters and has handled cases at both the trial and appellate levels. Her advocacy experience enables her to effectively represent association clients in contested matters while also providing practical, proactive legal guidance to help boards avoid disputes before they arise.
