We will have fellow Lawyers Club member and civil litigator Julie Lopez, Partner with and Carol Bauss, a jury consultant with NJP LITIGATION CONSULTING/WEST, exploring the benefits of mock trials and focus groups. This will be a great opportunity to learn about perfecting performance and gaining valuable insight into the fact finder’s perspective before trial! After a three week, hotly-contested trial, the jury delivered a unanimous verdict in favor of our 90-year-old client. The jury held the defendant accountable on all three theories of financial elder abuse, and on breach of her fiduciary duty.

This was one of our most hard-fought and rewarding victories, and it was for a great cause. And we could not have done it without excellent trial support from . 💫
